Prepare for Registering

Gather Your Data

1. Your name and contact information including address, phone and email. We will use email first. Please use the one you use most often.
2. To make sure we are prepared properly for you, we need your gender, birth date, t-shirt size, and any dietary restrictions or physical restrictions/needs.
3. Who are you affiliated with? Please provide your School's or Organization's name. If you're in school, we'll ask what Year you are in.
4. Do you want us to send a letter of participation to your counselor? If you do we will need their name and email.
5. If you are at school, do you belong to one of Kiwanis' Service Leadership Programs like Key Club or Builders Club?
6. Have you attended Key Leader before?
7. Who is funding your registration fees? We need your Sponsor's Name, Organization, phone and email address.
8. We really need your Emergency Contact information too! This would be your parent or legal guardian's name and relationship to you as well as their contact information including phone and email.

When You Register

The first question will be who are you registering as!

• Use "Student Facilitator" if you will be supporting the Lead Facilitator during the weekend. Student Facilitiators are always returning participants.
• Use "Participant" if this is your first event.
• Adults should choose one of the other options:
