The program is delivered in such a manner that each new activity or presentation builds upon the prior activities. Student Participants must arrive by 7:30pm. No exceptions. If a student participant will arrive late because of issues that may arise during travel to the event, they should call their parents first. Parents should contact the Event Coordinator.
If your student does not arrive by 6pm (dinner time), we will start calling the student's parent to check on the student.
If you know before the event starts, that the student will arrive during or just after the dinner hour, please let us know. We'll save them some food!
In general, early exits are not acceptable. Participants have spent the weekend creating a working group. Leaving early can undo some of the good work that has happened. The Lead Facilitator and the Student Facilitators use the late morning activities to wrap up and say good bye.
As it stands, the location (Wisconsin Dells) and weekend (Wo-Zha-Wa Fall Festival) of this event already has a huge impact on us. We ask our Lead Facilitator to shorten the weekend by a full hour to benefit those that must leave Wisconsin Dells via Hwy 13 southbound.
If you have an emergency (we leave it to you, the student's parent to decide exactly what constitutes an emergency) please contact the Key Leader Coordinator to discuss your student leaving early.
Only early exit requests from parents will be honored.
Key Leader is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
